Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from healthcare providers and identify the type of assistance needed
• Resolve issues on the first call by navigating complex computer systems
• Document provider issues and report overall trends

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in a call center or healthcare environment
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours
