Case Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Case Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily management, coaching, and clinical oversight to a team of Case Managers
• Implement and monitor standardized care protocols to ensure quality and compliance
• Collaborate with the Director of Case Management to ensure adequate staffing and high productivity

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (BSN preferred)
• Experience as a leader with Health Care Plan Programs or Companies
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and process improvement expertise
• Experience in data usage to guide decision making
• CCM certification preferred
