Key Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of specialty processes and customer service's impact on patient journeys
- Assist patients with complex billing and reimbursement processes to ensure timely resolution
- Document interactions accurately and follow up on patient concerns
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, or collections practices
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Flexibility with work schedule to meet business needs
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- High-school diploma or GED required
