A company is looking for a Support Enforcement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage families to ensure compliance with child support obligations and provide necessary resources
- Locate non-custodial parents and work with other agencies to establish paternity and support obligations
- Manage a large caseload and provide testimony in court proceedings as required
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Ability to interact with a diverse public in a service setting
- Skill in information collection and analysis for case management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of legal processes and experience in child support enforcement is preferred
- Proficiency in using personal computers and Microsoft Office applications
