Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers, setting performance expectations and fostering a customer-centric culture
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth while managing key accounts
- Design and optimize customer success processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
- 10+ years in a leadership role managing people managers or senior individual contributors
- Proven track record in driving customer retention and growth in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment
- Experience scaling customer success processes and teams in a high-growth setting
- Proficiency with customer success tools and CRM platforms
