Key Responsibilities

• Complete functional assessments for eligible Medicaid beneficiaries using technology
• Provide care and support to adult and aging beneficiaries through remote assessments
• Utilize technology for assessments and communication with beneficiaries

Required Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Arkansas
• 3-5 years of experience as a licensed RN, focusing on adult and aging populations
• Experience completing functional assessments, preferably in a home-based care setting
• High level of comfort with technology, including remote telehealth and hotspots
