Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B customer success, account management, or a client-facing role
  • Knowledge of customer success processes and best practices
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical customers
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
