Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Pharmacy Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle calls and correspondence regarding pharmacy benefit inquiries from providers and members
  • Document calls within a call tracking system to ensure clear and accurate resolutions
  • Assist network pharmacies in processing prescription claims and serve as a customer advocate in problem resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Active/Current National Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a health plan, TPA, or PBM contact center
  • Prior experience working with health plans, TPAs, or PBM contact centers
