Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager (B2B, SaaS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strategic relationships with executives and stakeholders across accounts
  • Drive customer adoption and value from the platform to achieve measurable ROI
  • Manage renewals and lead growth conversations, including business reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role with experience in renewals and account growth
  • Familiarity with EdTech, Training, eLearning, L&D, HRTech, or similar SaaS verticals preferred
  • Industry knowledge in skilled trades, facilities maintenance, manufacturing, construction, or heavy equipment is a plus
  • Comfortable using Salesforce, ChurnZero, and AI tools
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without stipulations
