Key Responsibilities
- Act as a patient advocate to resolve issues related to claims, benefits, and access
- Manage high volumes of inbound calls and enter patient information into systems
- Serve as a liaison between patients and other departments, ensuring superior customer service
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other relevant systems
- Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling during business hours
