A company is looking for a Full-Time Virtual Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, compassionate virtual mental health therapy to clients
• Maintain an average of 28 completed visits per week and 70% clinical productivity
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical operations and improvements

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Mental Health (psychology, social work, clinical counseling, etc.)
• Full Licensure to practice independently, with preference for licensure in at least two states
• Clinical fluency across a range of evidence-based treatment models
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Zoom, and EHR Systems
• 2+ years of full licensure experience preferred
