A company is looking for a Contract Admin to provide detailed contract management and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive customer service and administrative support for sales
- Assist in documenting contracts and managing maintenance contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent sales/maintenance contract support experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer support environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with NetSuite, ERMA, and contract management software preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus
