Pharmacy Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Operations Specialist to ensure medication accuracy and operational excellence in a telehealth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of pharmacy-facing data for compounded medications
• Support the vetting and onboarding of new pharmacy partners and maintain partner records
• Help track compliance with pharmacy regulations and contribute to internal compliance documentation

Required Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare data systems, or EHR/PBM environments
• Exposure to compounding pharmacies or telehealth is preferred
• Familiarity with pharmacy regulations (NABP, DEA, state-level rules)
• Detail-oriented mindset with experience in structured data and standardized formats
• Experience in following or maintaining SOPs and reporting systems
