Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance via various communication channels
- Administer domain user accounts and provide remote support for issues related to network connectivity, software, and hardware
- Document service requests and incidents, and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams
Required Qualifications
- Basic technical knowledge of operating systems and IT infrastructure
- Experience with ticketing systems and service desk operations is preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
