Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Services Case Manager to support their Patient Support Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with patients, care partners, HCPs, and insurance carriers to reduce barriers to therapy access
  • Review active patient cases to enhance time-to-fill opportunities and resolve reimbursement issues
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless case management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, healthcare administration, or life sciences
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or third-party vendor support
  • Experience with oral oncolytics and reimbursement processes
  • Thorough understanding of health insurance benefits and coverage policies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
