A company is looking for a Patient Services Case Manager to support their Patient Support Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with patients, care partners, HCPs, and insurance carriers to reduce barriers to therapy access
- Review active patient cases to enhance time-to-fill opportunities and resolve reimbursement issues
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless case management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, healthcare administration, or life sciences
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or third-party vendor support
- Experience with oral oncolytics and reimbursement processes
- Thorough understanding of health insurance benefits and coverage policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
