Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Integration Support Engineering Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects to onboard new services with business partners
- Provide technical support to business partners during and after the onboarding process
- Create and maintain integration documentation and guides for clients and internal staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field with programming exposure, or 3 years of experience in a technical support role
- Great organizational skills
- Familiarity with a programming language (object-oriented preferred)
- Familiarity with web API and/or XML
- Prior experience in customer service or the mortgage industry is preferred
