Integration Support Engineering Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Integration Support Engineering Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects to onboard new services with business partners
• Provide technical support to business partners during and after the onboarding process
• Create and maintain integration documentation and guides for clients and internal staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field with programming exposure, or 3 years of experience in a technical support role
• Great organizational skills
• Familiarity with a programming language (object-oriented preferred)
• Familiarity with web API and/or XML
• Prior experience in customer service or the mortgage industry is preferred
