Job Summary
A company is looking for a Concierge Associate to support field sales teams and enhance customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide answers on coverage and payment issues, including prorations and cancellations
- Coordinate with operations and tele-sales teams to resolve escalated service issues and provide status updates on claims
- Assist with new enrollments and collaborate with sales and marketing teams
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Experience working in a team environment with remote sales teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong phone presence and experience handling calls, preferably in a call center environment
