Concierge Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concierge Associate to support field sales teams and enhance customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide answers on coverage and payment issues, including prorations and cancellations
• Coordinate with operations and tele-sales teams to resolve escalated service issues and provide status updates on claims
• Assist with new enrollments and collaborate with sales and marketing teams

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Experience working in a team environment with remote sales teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong phone presence and experience handling calls, preferably in a call center environment
