A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to assist activity partners with technical support and product inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries through various channels while maintaining high satisfaction ratings
- Provide timely and informative responses to product-related questions
- Participate in team meetings and share customer feedback to improve services
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or technical support
- Full-time availability with the ability to work 5 consecutive days, including possible weekends
- Strong deductive reasoning skills to identify the cause of issues
- Consistent and reliable WiFi in a distraction-free workspace
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support tools is a plus
