Key Responsibilities
- Perform benefit investigations, including running test claims and submitting prior authorizations
- Process orders and manage inventory, ensuring proper documentation and medication delivery
- Assist in quality improvement activities and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Board-approved pharmacy technician-training program with a passing score on the assessment exam
- Proficiency in math and ability to use a computer for data entry
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately and efficiently
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
