Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Advocacy Contractor (P/T).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Reference Program by identifying and coordinating with customer references for sales opportunities
  • Assist in customer recruitment for advocacy initiatives and manage logistics for customer-facing programs
  • Maintain documentation and report on key metrics related to customer advocacy efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to high-quality work
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and across various teams
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
