Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Reference Program by identifying and coordinating with customer references for sales opportunities
- Assist in customer recruitment for advocacy initiatives and manage logistics for customer-facing programs
- Maintain documentation and report on key metrics related to customer advocacy efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to high-quality work
- Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, or willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and across various teams
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
