Insurance Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Services Representative I (Non-Exempt).

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims
• Communicate effectively while managing a high volume of claims
• Perform duties in alignment with the organization's mission and service standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Prior experience with EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory services
• Experience in Revenue Cycle, healthcare billing, or insurance
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Computer and keyboarding skills
