Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Home Care Onboarding Specialists to foster a customer-focused culture
- Establish performance expectations and manage team operations to meet defined KPIs and service standards
- Continuously assess and improve the onboarding process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of managerial experience in customer service, client onboarding, or customer success, preferably in healthcare
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM or onboarding platforms is a plus
- Deep understanding of customer service best practices
- Proven track record in developing high-performing teams and achieving measurable service outcomes
