Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Services Technician who will support the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy's utilization management program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support programs aimed at improving health outcomes and member safety
- Act as a liaison between pharmacy services and other departments, educating them on pharmacy processes
- Coordinate resolution of escalated inquiries related to prescription drug benefits
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three or more years of experience in a professional setting
- Three or more years of prior pharmacy experience
- Certified pharmacy technician
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
