Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide assistance to Medicaid Providers and clients regarding eligibility and medical claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with problem research and resolution through an escalation receipt path
  • Respond to inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner
  • Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months of Medicaid experience
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred
  • Ability to learn and teach via remote/off-site methods
  • Ability to perform role in an inventory-based environment
