A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide assistance to Medicaid Providers and clients regarding eligibility and medical claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with problem research and resolution through an escalation receipt path
- Respond to inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner
- Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of Medicaid experience
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Ability to learn and teach via remote/off-site methods
- Ability to perform role in an inventory-based environment
