Key Responsibilities
- Assist Client Delivery Managers with site testing and configuration for client enrollments
- Conduct audits to ensure accurate plan year transitions and support EDI intake processes
- Provide technical support and maintain communication with internal teams and clients
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Entry level to 3 years of experience in a benefits-related field
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Successful completion of a background investigation
