Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager, Patient Service Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client, provider, and customer inquiries and escalations
  • Support patients and providers with program enrollment, benefits verification, and referral to specialty pharmacies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication while ensuring compliance with patient privacy laws
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, call center, or insurance roles, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between program operating hours of 8am-8pm EST
  • Proficient in using Microsoft programs and navigating multiple screens and systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
