Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Manager, Patient Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client, provider, and customer inquiries and escalations
- Support patients and providers with program enrollment, benefits verification, and referral to specialty pharmacies
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication while ensuring compliance with patient privacy laws
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, call center, or insurance roles, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift between program operating hours of 8am-8pm EST
- Proficient in using Microsoft programs and navigating multiple screens and systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
