A company is looking for a Scuba Travel Expert (North + South Americas Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end booking process for customers through chat, email, and phone
• Interact with suppliers to confirm bookings and address customer inquiries
• Provide post-booking customer support as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active diver with extensive diving experience in various countries
• Strong background in direct, commission-based sales
• Experience in a travel agency or dive travel agency is advantageous
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
