Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to provide exceptional support to customers and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations including ticket and email triaging, inbound and outbound calls, and internal ticketing systems
  • Implement processes, playbooks, and workflows while identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements
  • Utilize data to resolve customer inquiries and maintain accurate records of job assignments and communications
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of operations experience in the Customer Service industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to execute projects effectively
  • Quick learner adaptable to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to think critically and contribute to scalable process development
  • Fluency in English and must be based in Argentina
