Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations including ticket and email triaging, inbound and outbound calls, and internal ticketing systems
- Implement processes, playbooks, and workflows while identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements
- Utilize data to resolve customer inquiries and maintain accurate records of job assignments and communications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of operations experience in the Customer Service industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to execute projects effectively
- Quick learner adaptable to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Ability to think critically and contribute to scalable process development
- Fluency in English and must be based in Argentina
