Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volume of incoming calls from patients and healthcare facilities, providing exceptional customer service
- Proactively follow up with physicians and patients regarding hospital visits
- Ensure accurate and timely communication, acting as a liaison for patients, medical staff, and providers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- No supervisory experience required
