Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via Phone, Email, and Chat, ensuring accurate and complete responses
- Utilize technology tools and participate in training to enhance customer service and sales skills
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate customer data while ensuring confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and manage duties with minimal supervision
- Call center, retail, or e-commerce experience is preferred
- Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
