A company is looking for a Director, Technical Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Technical Customer Success team while balancing technical leadership and people development
- Design scalable implementation playbooks and refine onboarding processes to enhance customer value delivery
- Own technical escalations and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve customer-driven insights and product features
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or a related field
- 4+ years in management roles within a technical, customer-facing organization, preferably in SaaS or healthcare tech
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with APIs and/or FHIR integrations
- Strong people management and team-building experience
- Experience in the healthcare industry, with familiarity in data quality management and related processes
