A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer product queries and assess their severity and urgency
- Coordinate and communicate with various teams to resolve software issues and escalate unresolved problems
- Enhance the FAQ library and provide after-hours critical support as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- Five years of experience in a relevant role, such as Quality Assurance Engineer or Software Developer
- Three years of experience with supporting and implementing cloud solutions
- Two years of experience with programming and scripting languages, such as Java or Python
- Experience with customer support platforms and setting up analytical reports for customer service KPIs
