Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join their Customer Care team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with assigned customers, serving as the primary interface for communication and support
  • Process Labor Law Poster orders and assist customers with sales-related issues, tracking orders, and resolving invoice problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams and regulatory experts to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of total office experience with at least 1 year in customer service
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to learn and utilize various software applications
  • Professional communication skills in multiple channels including phone and email
