A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join their Customer Care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with assigned customers, serving as the primary interface for communication and support
- Process Labor Law Poster orders and assist customers with sales-related issues, tracking orders, and resolving invoice problems
- Collaborate with internal teams and regulatory experts to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of total office experience with at least 1 year in customer service
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite
- Ability to learn and utilize various software applications
- Professional communication skills in multiple channels including phone and email
