• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in Customer Success or strategic roles
• Deep exposure to health system or provider group models and economics
• Proven relationship-building skills across various organizational levels
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and drive towards outcomes
• Operational excellence in managing multiple high-impact customers and tasks
