Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage inbound and outbound calls as required
• Update and maintain patient data with accuracy
• Ensure compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines while assisting patients with medication coverage

Required Qualifications

• Must have 1 year or more of recent call center experience
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to pick up equipment in Irving, TX
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills for remote work issues
• High-speed internet with a wired connection is mandatory
