A company is looking for a Client Advocate to support employers, brokers, and carriers in navigating employee health benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to support tickets and ensure quality service interactions
- Understand and explain ERISA compliance requirements and troubleshoot client issues
- Lead ad-hoc projects, meet deadlines, and maintain strong relationships with vendors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in employee benefits or ERISA compliance
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferred
- Experience working with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party vendors
- Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness for handling sensitive interactions
- COBRA certification or other relevant healthcare/benefits certifications a plus
