A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (EMEA, remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive product adoption
- Co-create Value Achievement & Success Plans to understand customer business outcomes and success metrics
- Establish periodic touchpoints to keep customers informed, engaged, and to gather feedback
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, service, product, account management, or software sales in a B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to interact with enterprise customer teams at various technical and non-technical levels
- Project management experience with a focus on driving business value for customers
- Data-driven mindset with a commitment to following processes
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
