Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, triage, and respond to real-time alerts from the platform, focusing on audio collector issues
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, resolving or escalating issues efficiently
- Identify process gaps and contribute to documentation to enhance team operations
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer or technical support experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Experience or deep understanding of the 911 ecosystem
- Ability to work independently during low-structure evening hours
- Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or HubSpot is a plus
- Self-motivated and energized by evening hours
