Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical troubleshooting efforts for enterprise integration issues, ensuring solutions are delivered within SLA timeframes
- Manage the onboarding process for new enterprise accounts and serve as the first line of support
- Develop monitoring dashboards to track API performance and collaborate with engineering teams on complex integration issues
Required Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
- 5+ years of technical support experience with enterprise-level integrations
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and API interactions
- Demonstrated experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, SQL, and web services
- Experience working within strict SLA environments
