Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Phone Triage Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to patient phone calls with professionalism and empathy
• Call prescriptions into pharmacies and ensure timely receipt of outgoing lab test results
• Assess patient needs and provide education and counseling on medical care and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Current NY State RN license
• Minimum two years of experience in an OB/GYN setting, with high-risk OB experience preferred
• Experience in a Maternal Fetal Medicine unit is highly desirable
• Knowledge of OB/GYN nursing principles and proficiency with electronic health records
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability and professionalism
