A company is looking for an Onboarding and Adoption Specialist to join its Customer Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new and returning clients through onboarding and implementation of services
- Configure client sites and provide training to maximize service value
- Support clients through various communication channels and collaborate with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in residence life and/or student housing
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize competing demands
- Comfortable using computer and web-based technologies
- Team player with a strong client-focused approach
- Previous experience with eRezLife is an asset
