Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Relations Specialist, Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide service to patients and providers through inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing customer needs
- Verify and accurately capture patient demographics, insurance, and medical information while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Resolve patient questions and problems efficiently and maintain accurate patient records in electronic databases
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- One year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Favorable result on background check required
- Excitement to learn and grow in the role
