Key Responsibilities
- Drive platform adoption and help clients achieve their business objectives
- Manage client communication for a streamlined experience and forecast renewals
- Identify growth opportunities and coordinate with sales for additional services
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Client Success or Customer Success in a SaaS environment
- Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Experience working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tools like SFDC, Pendo, Domo, and JIRA
- Corporate Security or Executive Protection knowledge is a plus
