A company is looking for a Patient Outcomes and Initiatives Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to educate members on medication options and benefit changes
• Participate in client initiatives and support the execution of assigned projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordinated support and track performance outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, communications, business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits, customer service, or patient advocacy
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, project-driven, or cross-functional team environment preferred
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Familiarity with pharmacy benefit design and cost-containment strategies is a plus
