Job Summary

A company is looking for a 988 Shift Supervisor, Per Diem.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support crisis counselors and volunteers during their shifts
• Ensure compliance with program standards, policies, and procedures
• Manage call flow on the Crisis Line and provide training support as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year experience as a Crisis Counselor or similar role
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and crisis line software
• Knowledge of HIPAA, DMH policies, and emergency mental health service regulations
• Basic supervisory skills to manage volunteers and crisis counselors
