Job Summary
A company is looking for a Preventative Maintenance Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling of preventive maintenance work orders and ensure contract compliance
- Collaborate with various teams to drive PM completions and maintain customer communication
- Access and update critical account information in Salesforce and produce reports using PowerBi
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience in a high volume technical customer support role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP is preferred
- Ability to work independently and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
