A company is looking for a Bilingual Retention Representative responsible for retaining membership by assisting with Government health program applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide member resolution by researching and documenting inquiries regarding program eligibility and application processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with members, guiding them through the recertification process and addressing their needs
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for applications, ensuring accurate member account tracking and updates
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Previous customer service experience
- One to two years of related experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in one or more languages other than English
