Key Responsibilities
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule healthcare evaluations
- Utilize pre-approved scripts to communicate effectively with members
- Overcome objections and persuade members to prioritize their health
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Desire to work in an outbound call center environment
- Strong sales aptitude with a focus on earning monthly incentives
- Previous experience in high-volume call centers and with auto-dialers is preferred
- Proficiency in using multiple computer systems simultaneously
