A company is looking for a Laboratory Client Support Technician - Client Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and preanalytic support services to clients regarding specimen information
- Evaluate and process specimens according to established procedures, including triaging and routing
- Maintain customer relationships and document communications and resolutions effectively
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Preferred customer service work experience
- Ability to type 35 WPM and possess 10-key skills
- College level courses in medical terminology, biology, communications, or related life sciences are preferred
- Must complete department-specific training and demonstrate competency within 6 months
