Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to resolve patient account inquiries and secure payments
• Negotiate and collect payment on outstanding patient accounts while ensuring patient satisfaction
• Document collection efforts and research payment options while maintaining compliance with privacy regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 5 years of experience in a related role, including 1 year in a call center environment
• Strong working knowledge of the healthcare reimbursement process
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
