Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in a related role, including 1 year in a call center environment
  • Strong working knowledge of the healthcare reimbursement process
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
